Judy Tipton Rush
Arkansas Fabric Artist Judy Tipton Rush presented a lecture and trunk show as part of 2010 Atlanta Quilt Festival. The lecture was entitled My Story On How to Jump Over the Moon. She showed her exquisite quilts and shared some of her techniques.
Earlier in the day, she taught a Master Fabric Painting class for 20 local quilters.
The lecture and class were held at the South Fulton Arts Center, 4645 Butner Road, College Park, GA 30349.
