Paducah Entries Due January 2

If you are interested in entering a quilt in the American Quilter’s Society annual show in Paducah, KY, the entry deadline is January 2, 2010.  Show dates are April 25 – 28, 2012. Visit their web site for more details.

World Quilt Show Opens Thursday in West Palm Beach

The quilts of two Atlanta quilters will be part of the World Quilt Show when it opens Thursday, November 10 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Rotation of Cross Wins Best of Show at 2011 Atlanta Quilt Festival

Festival Attendee Wins Doll

Kelly Fleece was the lucky attendee at the 2011 Atlanta Quilt Festival who won this adorable doll. She was created by dollmaker Jocelyn Carter. The festival continues through August 13, 2011 at the South Fulton Arts Center and Hammonds House Museum. The doll exhibit was curated by Cookie Patterson.
