The newsletter is emailed each Sunday night at 9 p.m. It features a different quilt each week and introduces the readers to the quilter. An inspirational message from O.V. The Brown Sugar Stitchers Quilt Guild meets the third Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Wesley Chapel Library on Wesley Chapel Road in Decatur. Come to our quilt show August 1 at the South Fulton Arts Center, 4645 Buter Road in COllege Park, GA. and meet some of the ladies. Members are from all over the metro area. There is also a group that meets at the Southwest Arts Center called the Sewjourner Quilt Guild.
I didn’t get to see your response until this evening. Yes I did make it out today and I really enjoyed the quilts and dolls. I did get a change to speak to Cookie Patterson and some of the other ladies. I was so taken by the talent and to have the opportunity to chat briefly with the actually artist was a pleasure. I took a few pictures of some of my favorites.
I would like to have more information on the Sewjourner Quilt Guild that meets at The South Fulton Art Center. I actually live just a few miles down from the center.
I missed the lecture I had tickets ran home and something came up and I didn’t get back. Shame on Me.
